The results from our 2023 competition, Incision Decision, have been posted. Congratulations to all the teams for a great event. North Houston BEST advanced 8 teams to the next round, Houston Christian, Porter High School, Westbrook Intermediate School, Humble High School, Blanson CTE, Central ISD, Iola, and Oak Ridge High School. The dates for the 2022 competition have been set! Mark your calendars with the following dates: Kickoff Day on September 10 at Lone Star College - Montgomery, Demo Day on October 29, and Game Day on November 5. Locations for both Demo and Game day will be announced. |

This year North Houston BEST will be hosting the classroom version of the 2020 BEST Robotics game, Outbreak. All events will be online, with the exception of distributing the kits. The season starts on September 11 and goes through November 14. |

Due to the hurricane and flooding in Houston, our 2017 season has been postponed. We still hope to have our season, but do not have a date for kickoff at this time. If you have any questions please email hubdirector@northhoustonbest.org. We hope everyone is safe! |

Congratulations to the winners of the BEST Award & 4th place in the Robotics Competition, Extraordinary Education, 2nd place in BEST Award & the winners of the Robotics Competition, Clear Creek ISD, and 2nd place in the Robotics Competition, Clear Brook High School. Those 3 teams are advancing to the Texas BEST regional competition in Dallas in December. Congratulations as well to Waltrip High School who are advancing to the 2016 UIL State Championship! November 11, 2013 Texas BEST Regional Results This past weekend our 3 advancing teams, Clear Creek ISD, The Woodlands Homeschoolers, and The Academy of Science & Technology participated in the Texas BEST Regional competition that hosted the 60 best teams from Texas and surrounding area. All 3 teams made it into the 16 team semi-finals and The Academy of Science & Technology advanced to the finals and won 4th place! Congratulations to all our teams! |

Between 9:45AM and 4:30PM Central Time check out our live stream from Game Day. Our tentative schedule is seeding between 9:45 and 12:15 with a wildcard match shortly after. Then we have semi-finals from 1:45 to 2:45pm and finals from 3:00 until 3:30pm. An awards ceremony will follow. Good luck to all our competitors! |

Game Day will be held at The Woodlands College Park High School. All of our events will be on the East side of the building near the gyms. There are two parking lots that are very close to the entrance. Check our 2012 schedule page for a map. |

Congratulations to the winners of the Robotics Competition, The Academy of Science & Technology, the winners of the BEST Award, Saint Agnes Academy, and 2nd place for the BEST Award, The Woodlands Homeschoolers. Those 3 teams are advancing to the Texas BEST regional competition at the University of North Texas. We will be posting the round results, achievements, photos, and videos shortly, but please be patient as we have over 125 pictures and almost 2 hours of video. Can't make it to demo day? You can see live scores right here. If you are at demo day you can view your scores and the upcoming schedule! We've also added achievements. Although they don't affect team's score or ranking, they are used to highlight the performance and capabilities of each robot. The score calculator has also been updated. |

We are looking for volunteers to help us on Demo Day on October 9th and Game Day on October 15th and 16th. We will need help setting up the field as well as referees to make sure each team stays within the rules of the competition, timekeeping, judging, etc. Check our Volunteer page for more information. |
